Introduction
The Council (shortly CoA) serves as the governing body of the Angelic universe, also known as the Angelverse. Membership in the CoA is highly selective, offering not only prestigious recognition but also a substantial responsibility.
The privilege reflects a commitment to the stewardship of the Angelverse, marking members as key contributions to its governance and future direction.

Top 10 DAOs (Player Guilds) with most experience points gathered by their members in total obtain senatorship rights. Their founders will get the seats.
Backer seats go to players who kindly support Angelic by buying A-Eye Nodes. The most active core operators will be invited to the council to represent the rest of the A-Eye Node operator community.
IC (Iset’s Chosen) is a special seat permanently reserved for the Captain (Founder at Metaverse Game Studios).
Important: There is a minimum Community Point (CP) requirement to get a core. Currently it is set to 50 CP.
Minimum CP number and/or total number of seats in the Council might be adjusted time to time. We will keep this document up-to-date.
About Community Points
Community Points (CP) represent valuable and prestigious rewards, exclusively earned through active participation in community events, engagement as a Discord member, promoting Angelic as an ambassador or influencer, helping us to spread the word about our IP and game, and most critically, participating in game play-tests.
Metaverse Game Studios team awards Community Points to active community members during each epoch period. Points are reset at the end of each epoch, maintaining a dynamic and competitive environment. In later stages, the Council of Angels (CoA) may introduce new criteria for earning CPs, ensuring the system remains adaptable and reflective of our evolving community engagement strategies.
Rewards
At the end of each epoch period, we express our gratitude to our loyal community members and supporters within the CoA by awarding 5000 Angelverse token reward.
Every three months, ANGL rewards are adjusted to maintain the value of these token rewards. If the value falls below 500 USDT, the token reward amount will be increased. Conversely, if the value exceeds 5000 USDT, it will be reduced.
Furthermore, during the epoch period:
All hero skins will be unlocked.
All members, except Neo-Humans, will have the opportunity to own prestigious quarters in the Nexus Space Station (as soon as the relevant content is playable). Higher-tier titles will be entitled to larger quarters for the duration of their service.
Arch-Angels, Angels, and Backers will have access to all small vehicles in the game, such as the Roxana Sedan Coupe and A.N.A. Daemon, complete with all available skins and customizations.
Arch-Angels can retain 30% of their community points for the next epoch period, while Angels can retain 15%.
Epoch Periods and CoA Discussion Topics
Title-bearers will maintain their responsibilities, rights, and serve the Council until the end of the Standard Epoch Period, initially set to one month. The Council or Metaverse Game Studios may modify this duration and its terms.
Our long-term goal is to transition full governance and regulation of the Angelic universe to the Council. We will collaboratively determine the most effective way forward. Initially, we expect discussions to focus on topics such as guild and alliance battles, game balancing, community regulations and rules, prioritization of game features, blockchain mechanics, the creator economy, professional tournaments and events, and certain aspects of treasury management, among others.
Voting
Main Voting and Decision Making: Founding Angels have 7 votes, Arch-Angels have 6 votes, Angels have 5 votes, Neo-Humans have 4 votes, and Backers have 3 votes per seat. Only The Council has the authority to make binding decisions.
The votes of non-title bearers are intended for recommendation or suggestion purposes and are not binding. Non-title bearers can use this mechanism to express their approval or protest against Council decisions.
Voting Mechanisms for Non-Title Bearers: Players are invited to stake their ANGL tokens for the duration of the Epoch Period. These tokens will be locked and non-withdrawable until the period concludes. By staking a sufficient amount of ANGL, players can temporarily elevate their status to CoA members, granting them the right to attend CoA meetings and vote with power proportional to their staked tokens. Membership and voting rights expire at the end of the epoch, at which point staked tokens are returned. Participants may choose to stake again to maintain their membership in the subsequent epoch.

Arch-Angel Core - 7 Seats
Awarded to the elite top 7 players with the highest community points during each epoch, the Arch-Angel Core is a testament to exceptional leadership and contribution within the Angelic metaverse. Holders of this core embody the highest virtues of governance and are pivotal in shaping the future of the Angelverse.
Angel Core - 13 Seats
Angel Core: The Angel Core is bestowed upon the next 13 players who stand out for their significant community contributions, following the top 7. This core recognizes their outstanding efforts and influence, marking them as key leaders and protectors within the Angelic community.

Neo-Human Core - 30 Seats
Neo-Human Core: Granted to the subsequent 20 players with notable community points, the Neo-Human Core symbolizes advanced achievement and recognition within the Angelverse. Holders of this core are celebrated for their contributions and play a vital role in the development and enrichment of the community.
Backer Core - 29 Seats
Sponsor Cores: Sponsor Cores are a special recognition for players who support the Angelic universe through financial contributions.
Holders of Sponsor Cores directly contribute to the growth and development of the Angelic metaverse, embodying the spirit of patronage and community support.
